Terms of Service
For Live2D Rigs
General
The model will be rigged for use with VTubeStudio. I will be testing the model out using iOS tracking.
Commission will be publicly streamed unless a privacy fee was chosen. WIPs may be posted on Twitter, Youtube, and/or Twitch Streams.
I’m a part time animator and I have a day job, so please let me know if you have a deadline since I am particular about my quality
Selection and Commission Process
I will contact you first if I accept your application. This is not first come first serve.
PSDs will be checked before continuing with the application. If layered properly, and I have spoken with you about the PSD, I will send an invoice.
After the invoice has been sent and the payment has been received, I will begin working on your model.
+ I will be sending periodic updates. I work in stages of head angles > eyes > mouth > hair > body angles > physics. Let me know if you would like more or less updates.
+ This would be the time where you can ask for revisions
If there is no deadline, please allow 4-5 weeks for the delivery of the model.
+ Depending on the complexity of your model and how busy I am, the delivery date may fluctuate.
After rigging has been completed, only the .moc3, .json, and the texture atlas will be provided through Google Drive.
I will be providing resources as to how to improve your tracking, as well as being available to assist you to set up tracking.
Payment and Refund Policies
Mode of Payment is PayPal Invoices
Prices are in USD.
Full payment is required upfront before I begin rigging.
Refunds are not honoured once I have started working on the model.
If I am unable to complete the work because of my own reasons, I will refund the cost, however, I will not be able to refund the PayPal service fee.
If the client has a valid reason, I will refund the cost, however, I will not be able to refund the PayPal service fee.

Live2D rigs include commercial fees
As the Live2D Rig Artist
• Claim the work as my own
• Have the rights to showcase your model on my social medias (Youtube, Twitter, Twitch) and for my portfolio
As the client:
• Should not claim the rigging as their own
• Credit me as @jam_like_egg or @hi_jam
• Should not be using the model rig for blockchain activities (NFT, crypto, etc)
• Do not redistribute the files
• If you are selling your model to rebrand, please let me know so that I can tell the buyer how to credit me.
